You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Exclusions: Must not be listed in the "Non-Returnable" section.
⚠️ Important Note on Electronics:
For products like earbuds, the packaging must remain factory-sealed to qualify for a return or refund, unless the issue is a verified manufacturing defect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Goods
We cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Products returned without the original box, packaging, or accessories.

Products that have been used or show signs of wear.

Gift cards, promotional items, or freebies.
💸 Refunds Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

Cash on Delivery (COD): If you paid via COD, your refund will be sent via Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash).
