Refund Policy

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused and in the exact condition you received it.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original, undamaged packaging.

  • Proof: You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exclusions: Must not be listed in the "Non-Returnable" section.

⚠️ Important Note on Electronics:
For products like earbuds, the packaging must remain factory-sealed to qualify for a return or refund, unless the issue is a verified manufacturing defect.

 


 

🚫 Non-Returnable Goods

We cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products returned without the original box, packaging, or accessories.

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or freebies.

 


 

💸 Refunds Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  1. Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  2. Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

  3. Cash on Delivery (COD): If you paid via COD, your refund will be sent via Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash).
