⚠️ Damages or Lost Parcels

HAVAL is not responsible for damage caused during transit, delays caused by courier companies, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. File a Claim: Contact the courier service (PostEx) directly to file a claim.

  2. Keep Evidence: Save all packaging materials and the damaged items; these act as your proof.

  3. Contact Us: While the courier handles the claim, let us know so we can offer assistance where possible.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services in most cities across Pakistan.

  • Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

  • Payment: Kindly keep the exact amount ready to give to the rider to avoid delivery delays.
